Immediate Advance of the tax credit
ÔME HOUSEKEEPING, a personal services organisation, offers its clients the Immediate Advance of the tax credit for eligible services (home upkeep and household work).
Reserved for individual clients of ÔME HOUSEKEEPING for a service eligible for personal services. The individual must be recognised by the tax authorities and have already filed at least one tax return. Activation of the account on the dedicated Urssaf site is required. The service is optional. Tax credit ceilings and conditions are those published by DGFiP: https://www.impots.gouv.fr/portail/particulier/emploi-domicile
25 % de crédit d'impôt professionnel
Vos clients professionnels peuvent financer, avec leur compte entreprise, jusqu'à 2 591 € par an de services à la personne réalisés à leur domicile personnel. Le dispositif est sans charges sociales, non imposable pour le bénéficiaire et déductible du bénéfice de l'entreprise. ÔME HOUSEKEEPING accompagne les dirigeants et indépendants qui souhaitent offrir un ménage à domicile éligible, tout en optimisant le coût réel pour l'entreprise.
Réservé aux clients professionnels (entreprises, indépendants, professions libérales) qui souhaitent financer des services à la personne au domicile personnel du dirigeant ou d'un salarié. Les prestations doivent être éligibles au statut SAP. Le plafond de 2 591 €/an et le taux de 25 %* dépendent de la réglementation fiscale en vigueur. Ce n'est pas le crédit d'impôt 50 % des particuliers, ni une offre applicable aux locations saisonnières.
Household linen management
Household linen management includes collection, washing, drying, ironing, folding and home delivery of your items. The service covers bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillows, mattress protectors and duvets), bath linen (towels, bathrobes, washcloths, bath mats), table linen (tablecloths, napkins, tea towels) and sofa covers. Available for ÔME Club members, the service is quoted according to the items entrusted and the terms of care.
This offer is exclusively reserved for individual clients who are ÔME Club members, with an Essential Package as a recurring subscription. The service is quoted according to the items entrusted, the volume and the terms of care. This service does not qualify for the personal services tax credit.
Immediate advance: pay half, right away
With the immediate advance, ÔME HOUSEKEEPING invoices you directly at the reduced rate: you only pay 50% of the service amount at the time of payment. The rest is automatically covered by the personal-services tax credit scheme, with no extra steps on your part.
Individuals with tax residency in France, who have activated the immediate advance when booking a service eligible for the tax credit.
Home ironing of clothes
Home ironing covers your everyday clothes: shirts, trousers, dresses, tops, workwear and items that need particular care. Items are ironed at your home, then folded or hung according to your preference. Service available for ÔME Club members, according to the three ironing packages offered.
This offer is exclusively reserved for individual clients who are ÔME Club members, with an Essential Package as a recurring subscription. Prices correspond to the three ironing packages presented on the dedicated page.
ÔME Club Pro
The ÔME Club Pro is reserved for professionals who manage seasonal rentals (Airbnb, holiday lets, guest rooms). It gives access to dedicated services such as linen management for seasonal rentals and home ironing of clothes. A solution designed for concierge services and owners who cannot afford the slightest delay between stays.
Service reserved for professional clients already on a cleaning package for their rentals. Membership of the ÔME Club Pro is automatic from your first eligible visit.

All individuals with tax residency in France can benefit from the tax credit for home cleaning services, within the annual caps.
Linen management for seasonal rentals
Between each stay, your linen must be ready on time, without fail. I collect your sheets, duvets, towels and table linen, then we wash, dry, iron and fold them carefully before delivering them ready to use. A solution designed for owners and concierge services who manage several properties and cannot afford the slightest delay.
Service reserved for professional clients already subscribed to a cleaning package for their rentals. Available as part of the ÔME Club Pro. Pricing adapts to the number of properties, turnover frequency and volume of linen to process.
